We spent the holiday weekend with dogs and friends in Lincoln, NH in the White Mountains, pretty much one of our most favorite places to be! The first picture is before we left the house, all packed and ready to go! The second picture is Mt. Washington, the highest peak in the Northeast. It is the one in the middle with the clouds and fog hanging over it...because it had just snowed the day before at the summit! Yup, snow at 6000+ feet...and 95* and humid on the ground...

Finding the rainbow makes summer thunderstorms worth it! I know it is faint and I had a hard time photographing it well but I had to capture it no matter what!

~* golden orchard light... *~
I had planned on just posting the pictures of the bunny I spotted in my yard when I got home from work. I had to run a quick errand after dinner and decided to take a quick ride up to the orchard. Totally spur of the moment so all I had was my point and shoot. Still, I loved the light up there and was really happy with the way the pictures came out. These (along with about 30 or so others!) were taken between 7:00 and 7:30PM tonight.
